Visitor Policy

General Visiting Guidelines

    • Please continue to exercise social responsibility  by wearing a mask and practising regular handwashing

 

    • Photography, video, or audio recording is strictly prohibited within the hospital premises.

 

    • Keep noise levels to a minimum, as excessive noise can disturb patients’ sleep and hinder their recovery.

 

    • Please refrain from:
      1. Visiting should you fell unwell
      2. Sitting on the patient’s bed and using patients’ toilets
      3. Eating and drinking in the wards

 

  • Smoking, vaping and alcohol consumption are strictly not allowed on hospital grounds.

 

  • Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) including motorised scooters, hoverboards etc., are strictly not allowed to enter hospital buildings. Please approach our staff for assistance on the designated parking area and transfer to a manual wheelchair.

While in Wards

    • Visiting Hours: 12pm – 8pm

 

    • All patients, visitors, accompanying persons and caregivers must register their visit at the registration counter.

 

    • Mask must be worn in the wards.

 

    • 2 visitors at patient’s bedside at each time

 

    • 5 visitors at patient’s bedside at each time for critically ill patients

 

    • Visitors must check out upon exit to free up visitation slots for others

 

  • Children below 12 years old are not allowed to visit, except on an exceptional circumstances.

 

  • Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) such as motorised wheelchairs, are not allowed to enter the ward. Please approach our staff for assistance on the designated parking area and transfer to a manual wheelchair.

While in Outpatient Clinics/Facilities

  • All patients, visitors, accompanying persons and caregivers must register their visit at the registration counter.
  •  

  • Mask must be worn at the following outpatient area:
    1. Day Rehabilitation Centre
    2. Dialysis Centre
    3. Health Hub Pharmacy
    4. NHG Diagnostics
  •  

  • Please inform our staff if you are unwell (e.g. itchy or sore throat, headache, or flu-like symptoms, blocked or runny nose, fever, cough or shortness of breath)
