About Us
Ang Mo Kio – Thye Hua Kwan Hospital (AMK – THKH) is a community hospital in Singapore providing rehabilitation and sub-acute care for patients recovering from a major illness or after surgery. We adopt a multidisciplinary approach to safe and quality patient care and customised rehabilitation plans for each patient. Our dedicated team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, and medical social workers are committed to enabling optimal healthcare outcomes for our patients.
In addition to inpatient care, AMK – THKH provides outpatient rehabilitation, haemodialysis, homecare services, and community health services to provide a continuous stream of care from hospital to home. We aim to deliver exceptional and compassionate care that empowers patients and their families, inspiring hope and resilience throughout their recovery.
