Dialysis Centre

The dialysis centre, run by the hospital, provides dialysis services for both inpatients and outpatients.

Day Rehabilitation Centre

For those who have been discharged from hospital and have good potential for further improvement in their physical and functional status, the Day Rehabilitation Centre is an ideal place to continue rehabilitation. This is especially so for individuals with disabling condition due to diseases/ injuries to regain their physical and functional independence. Our team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists work in consultation with our clinical team to provide individualised rehabilitation and care plans for our patients.

Home Healthcare Services

Our Home Healthcare services team will visit patients at their own homes to provide the following services: 

Home Medical:
Our doctors can do the following:

  • Prescribe medications
  • Perform minor procedures
  • Chronic diseases management


Home Nursing:
Our nurses can do the following:

  • Wound management
  • Change urinary catheters and feeding tubes
  • Provide training for the caregiver
  • Medication Packing


Home Therapy:
Our therapists can do the following:

 

  • Provide exercises for rehabilitation
  • Provide advice on home modifications
  • Provide training for the caregiver

Healing Hub Pharmacy

A one-stop service for customers requiring pharmaceutical products, rehabilitation aids, home care products, nutritional feeds and medical aids. It also aims to serve as an educational hub for patients and their caregivers to seek advice on essential products to have when taking care of various medical conditions.

Community Health Centre (CHC)

CHC @ AMK-THKH offers you the convenience of affordable health services to complement the medical care provided by your General Practitioners (GP).

Services available at our centre include:

Diabetic Retinal Photography
This helps to detect early signs of eye problems caused by diabetes. Yearly check-ups are recommended.

Diabetic Foot Screening
With regular screening, early signs of potential foot problems can be detected. Yearly check-up is recommended to prevent further complications and reduce the risk of amputations.

Dietetic Service
It is important to eat right to prevent the risk of diet-related diseases. We provide dietary education on healthy eating habits and tips to stay healthy.

Nurse Counselling & Education
Learn the right ways of managing your diabetes and/or hypertension through lifestyle modification and self care skills with our nurses.

One-stop Laboratory, X-Ray, Ultrasound and Bone Mineral Densitometry.
