BCLS + AED Provider Course
This course equips participants with essential life-saving skills to recognise cardiac arrest, perform high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. Participants will also learn how to recognise and manage foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO) in both adults and infants. The course combines lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice to develop competency in emergency response.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Recognise signs of cardiac arrest and heart attack
Perform high-quality CPR for adults and infants
Use AED safely and correctly
Recognise and relieve foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO)
Apply the Chain of Survival during emergency situations
